Home Made �Baileys�
Dissolve 2 tablespoons instant coffee in 300ml (10 and a half fl oz) hot water.
Liquidise with 397g/14oz (regular size � don�t bother to look at the label � they�re all this size!) can of Sweetened Condensed Milk* and 150ml (5 and a bit fl oz)whisky (or a bit more if you are a lush like a slightly stronger taste)
Store in a bottle in the fridge. Keeps for about a month�..or much less if you have a little swig outta the bottle every time you go to the fridge!

*CONDENSED milk is NOT the same as EVAPORATED milk. You might have to have a look at the label just a little bit.
